Today SAC received a heart-felt send-off to Ireland from the Premier and Members at Province House. As we stood on the stairs in the grand foyer, we were thrilled to sing Galway Bay, highlighted by our contest package that we will present in Killarney, Ireland. And then....we made history! The NS Legislature passed a bill yesterday to sing O Canada before each session, which had never been done before. Today we were the first to proudly sing our National Anthem in 4-part harmony in the Gallery of the Legislative Assembly. Very proud and memorable moment for us all.
